Customer Service Representative

We invite you to apply to be our new Customer Service Representative.

You will be tasked with providing value added information to support our customers and make the connection to our team members; Information will be communicated through phone calls, text messages, and email.

Responsibilities:

• CSR acts as first point of contact for inbound customers
• Communicate maintenance options to customers
• Assist with scheduling maintenance and repairs
• Direct inbound calls to appropriate individual
• Process payment transactions
• Responding to customer reviews
• Contact customers to follow up on completed work
• Organize and store digital information
• Data entry
• File documents
• Retrieve mail and distribute to the correct person
• Any other clerical duties assigned

Requirements:

• Positive outgoing and professional attitude
• Pleasant phone voice
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be organized and be able to multi task
• Strong written and verbal skills, with knowledge of computers & software
• Punctual
• Bilingual a plus, not a requirement

HVAC/R Service Technician

A Hansberger Service Technician job responsibilities include: Troubleshooting, Diagnosing, and repairing Residential or Commercial HVAC systems.

Performing preventive maintenance, and providing guidance and recommendations to our customers based on their professional assessment and Hansberger’s procedures.

Service technicians are expected to diagnose a problem, put together a price for the repair, gain authorization for the repair, complete the service ticket and collect for the repair. The tech does not need to be an estimator. The ‘pricing’ comes from selecting the tasks/repair work required from a Flat Rate/menu driven/price book.

This position has the potential for overtime and all technicians serve their rotation on-call.

Qualifications:
· Industry experience.
· EPA Certification
· Nate certification preferred, not a requirement. (Hansberger will help you obtain this certification)
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
· Communication skills.
· Customer Service skills
· Ability to represent yourself as a company representative
· Troubleshooting Skills
